Founder and President:

Hands of Hope International was incorporated as a non-profit California corporation in 2004 by Rev. Wayne M. Adams. It is recognized by the IRS as a tax deductible 501(c) (3). Rev. Adams has been an ordained minister for more than 50 years. He has pastored churches in Oregon, Washington, and California. He was the Founding Pastor of Cypress Community Church in Monterey, CA, for 32 years! He now serves without pay as the President of Hands of Hope International.
